These terms govern the text messaging program operated by leanking23.com (“we”, “us”) over our Twilio-provisioned phone number. By opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these terms.
We operate an automated messaging assistant. Once you opt in, we reply to messages you send us and deliver the notifications you have specifically requested. This is a conversational and notification service; it is not a marketing broadcast program.
You are enrolled only when you affirmatively consent — by texting us first, or by submitting your mobile number to us for this purpose. We record the date, time, and method of your consent. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies and depends on how you interact with the service.

Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to every message you send to or receive from us. We charge no separate fee for this service. Check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan’s rates.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send a single confirmation and then no further messages, unless you opt in again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your device, your plan, or network conditions outside our control.
You must be at least 13 years old and the account holder of, or authorised to use, the mobile number you enroll. If you change or give up that number, you agree to notify us so we do not send messages to its new holder.
Our handling of your mobile number and message content, including our commitment that mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued participation in the messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
